Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Staffers at the Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB) and our satellite office in Crystal City are contributing to the million pounds of food collected in the Washington, DC area.We also have 300 employees at Fort Meade, 450 in Boyers, and 1,500 Special Agents across the United States doing their part to support their local food pantries.

The least that we, who are fortunate to have work (indeed meaningful work), can do is to take part in helping less fortunate friends and neighbors. We do that through food and clothing drives at our agencies and communities. But the best kind of assistance we can extend is to connect personally with the jobless, to network actively on their behalf and help...

This may come as a surprise but the face of hunger is changing. When we think of hunger, images of a homeless person or a child from a third world country probably comes to mind, however, one visit to any food pantry will quickly change your mind.
