The Louisiana Transitional Recovery Office, part of FEMA, is holding a friendly competition between it's four buildings using the theme of "Race to Feed the Hungry." They are using race cars to represent each building (Baton Rouge, Harahan, Lake Charles, New Orleans). The "score card" measures the number of pounds donated - from 150 to 950 - per building.
